Convenient location, clean rooms
The complimentary snacks and drinks each evening were a good surprise after exploring Tokyo all day!
While the lobby felt more like an office space and slightly stained, it didn't detract from the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The lack of a more inviting lobby was a minor disappointment.

Its location is magnificent, just off stores, metro saltations and restaurants, eateries & 2 stations & Ginza street, and Shimbashi station and food, drinks and shops, good area. For lunch or dinner go to Khan Kebab Biryani, located next to the hotel.

I was almost ready to give a glowing review, but then i noticed that the lobby carpet was absolutley filthy and the breakfast options were less than gourmet. It's a shame i didn't get a complimentary welcome drink, as a refined guest like myself deserves some special treatment. Don't plan on refining your mornings here, that's for sure.

Dyson hairdryer, spacious connecting rooms, excellent cleanliness
Towels feel too thin for a hotel of this caliber!!! A wider selection of international TV channels would enhance the experience!!!
